COVID-19 Guidelines

We’re Good To Go!

To provide a good environment for our guests, and in line with Government Regulations, we have the following temporary guidelines in place for as long as required.

Guidelines for our guests

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 (persistent new cough, temperature, loss of smell and taste) please do not enter the premises, but contact us, so we can get you into contact with the NHS. We encourage our guests to wear Face Coverings inside the Guesthouse when possible Hand Sanitiser will be available in the Reception Area We encourage payment by card at check-in (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) We have a 2 meter social distancing policy throughout the Guesthouse When busy, you may be asked to wait in the porch or outside before you can check in. Breakfast is served in our conservatory with > 2 meters between tables When busy, we may need to serve breakfast in two sessions with a fixed start and end time No Breakfast Buffet, all items need to be pre-ordered the day before Guests who are staying over will be asked to leave the guesthouse during the day to provide possibility for airing and cleaning Please avoid gathering in public areas Sorry, but we don’t allow any meals in the rooms

Cleaning

We already receive a high ranking from our guests for Cleanliness, but on top of that we will do Extra Cleaning and Disinfection to minimise the risk of COVID-19 High Contact Surfaces in public areas will be cleaned regularly during the day We use a cleaning checklist to ensure everything is properly cleaned All rooms and public areas will be aired and ventilated during the day
